Yooo! 👋 I’ve recently created a new Onboarding Workflow to completely kill the manual grunt work when signing a new client.
Here is how it works: As soon as I mark a new client in Airtable, this automation takes over. It instantly creates :
- the communication channels,
- creates Google Drive folders with auto-generated proposals,
- builds a visual Notion dashboard.
