Logo Refinement + Brand Asset Package for SaaS / Holdings Company

I already have the logo concepts, visual direction, preferred colors, and brand architecture.

I am looking for a designer to professionally refine, vectorize, and package logo assets for two related brands:

VHI Holdings — premium parent company / venture holding brand

Docussentials™ — B2B SaaS product positioned as Operational Intelligence for Documents™

This is not an open-ended concept exploration project. I need a designer who can take existing logo directions and make them production-ready.

Scope:

Refine existing logo concepts

Improve spacing, alignment, proportions, and small-size legibility

Create vector versions

Create horizontal, stacked, icon-only, square, favicon, and social profile versions

Create light and dark background versions

Provide SVG, PNG, PDF, and source files

Provide a simple logo usage guide

Confirm color palette and typography recommendations

Ensure marks work for website, app icon, favicon, LinkedIn, pitch decks, and future SaaS product UI

Brand direction:

VHI Holdings should feel premium, credible, institutional, founder-led, and investment/venture oriented

Docussentials™ should feel modern, clean, enterprise SaaS, structured, useful, and trustworthy

Avoid generic startup clip art, overly playful marks, and trendy logos that will age poorly

Existing direction:

VHI uses a premium black/gold direction with a monogram or geometric identity system

Docussentials uses a stacked/layered document icon concept with blue/cyan enterprise SaaS palette

I want refinement and professional execution, not a full rebrand

Ideal designer:

Strong portfolio in logo systems, brand identity, SaaS, venture, fintech, consulting, or B2B brands

Comfortable working from existing founder direction

Can produce clean, organized, production-ready files

Can explain design decisions clearly
