Before I build anything, I map.
These diagrams are from a recent engagement .An ISO 9001-certified EPC and marine construction firm managing 10 active projects and ₦13.3 billion in contracts.
Diagram 1: A departmental intersection map showing 9 points where the firm's departments already depend on each other . Finance to Operations, HSE to the MD, Site Delivery to Finance all invisible and unreliable without a system.
Diagram 2: A full swimlane business process map of their financial cycle. 6 actors, 10 steps, 4 decision points, 3 documented pain points, and every exception path mapped before a single field was built.
The operational system built on top of these maps covers 14 linked tables, 8 modules, role-based interfaces, and two custom external sites pulling live data from the base.
