I don’t think AI will replace great assistants.
I think great assistants who know how to use AI will become incredibly valuable.
Because AI can help with:
• Turning meeting notes into action items • Researching prospects before a call • Drafting follow-ups in seconds • Organizing scattered information • Building first-draft SOPs • Summarizing long documents • Repurposing one idea into multiple pieces of content
But AI still doesn’t know your priorities.
It doesn’t know which client needs extra attention.
It doesn’t know when a “quick task” is actually urgent.
And it definitely doesn’t replace judgment, communication, or follow-through.
That’s where good executive and operations support comes in.
Human judgment + AI efficiency is a much better combination than either one alone.
That’s the kind of support I’m interested in building for founders and growing teams.
If you could hand off one repetitive task this week, what would it be?
