The problem: every agency owner spends 1–2 hours a month per client writing status reports. Chasing the team for updates, formatting numbers, making flat stats sound meaningful. It's the most time-consuming recurring admin in client services — and the one most likely to go out late, half-finished, or inconsistent across clients.
