A tender project for the creative concept of Festival Przemiany 2024, themed “What Will We Build the Future From?”. The concept explored materials as the real substance of the future, using a modular totem structure to reflect a world built from what already exists. Selected for implementation.
My role_ I co-created the project’s concept and supported the development of its communication logic, while leading the full tender proposal process on the agency side. I prepared the documentation, schedule and materials required by the public institution, and later managed client communication to maintain consistency throughout delivery.
