Extremely simple and great product. People should use more of AI to create such simple apps. Highly recomended. Try it guys, its awsome.
Most "AI chatbots" are a liability: they hallucinate answers and can't actually do anything.
So when I built Luísa, my AI customer service agent, I set three rules:
She only answers from the business's real data (RAG), no improvising.
She can actually do things: check the calendar, book the meeting, update the CRM.
Anything critical waits for human approval. Automation without a kill switch is a time bomb.
