I optimized and enhanced the e-commerce performance of Godi.uk, a premium leather goods brand built on Shopify. The project focused on Google Merchant Center optimization, Shopify integration, product feed management, and e-commerce SEO. I improved product listings, collection structure, metadata, and structured data to increase visibility across Google Shopping and organic search. Additional work included catalog organization, variant optimization, and conversion focused enhancements to create a seamless shopping experience and support sustainable online sales growth.

I see this a lot.
The design looks polished, but customers still have to work too hard to make a decision.
A few common examples:
• Important product details are buried too far down the page
• Mobile users have to scroll around to find variants, sizing, or specifications
• Collection pages look clean but make product discovery harder
• Navigation reflects the store structure instead of how customers actually shop
This is why CRO is not always about changing button colors or adding urgency.
Sometimes the biggest improvement is simply reducing the amount of effort required to understand the product and move to the next step.
