La Maison Stays was a boutique short stay and Airbnb property brand in Paris with beautiful properties but a completely underdeveloped social media presence that was failing to generate direct booking inquiries outside of the Airbnb platform marketplace. They needed a dedicated social media manager who understood both the unique content opportunities of the short stay and vacation rental property niche and the social media marketing strategies that consistently converted social media audiences into direct booking inquiries. I managed the brand's complete social media presence across Instagram and Facebook for 60 days , developing a content strategy that covered atmospheric property showcase posts, local Paris neighborhood highlight content, guest experience storytelling, seasonal travel inspiration content, practical Paris travel tip content, and property feature spotlight posts that collectively built a compelling brand narrative around the La Maison Stays experience. I created all canva social media designs using canva pro ,producing property photography overlay designs, guest review graphic templates, local area highlight post designs, and story templates. I also planned and edited instagram reels covering property walk-through tours, local neighborhood guides, and seasonal Paris content that leveraged Instagram's organic reach algorithm for video content. Community engagement management covered daily comment responses, DM booking inquiry handling, and strategic engagement with Paris travel and Airbnb guest audience accounts. The 60-day management results exceeded expectations ,the Instagram following grew by 2,800 followers, the brand established a consistent, professional social media presence across both platforms, and direct booking inquiries attributed to social media marketing increased by 38% compared to the pre-management baseline period.
