If I opened most Amazon seller accounts today, I’d probably fix the same things first. 👇
Not because sellers aren’t working hard. But because small issues across the account slowly hold back growth without being obvious.
Here’s what I’d fix first in most Amazon accounts:
1️⃣ PPC Structure Too many campaigns are overcrowded, unorganized, or targeting without a clear strategy. I’d rebuild the structure so every campaign has a purpose, better control, and cleaner data.
2️⃣ Search Term Optimization A lot of ad spend gets wasted on search terms that never convert. I’d cut wasted spend, add negative keywords, and focus budget on profitable search terms.
3️⃣ Listing Conversion Getting traffic is only half the job. If the listing isn’t converting, ads become expensive very fast. I’d review titles, images, keywords, and content to improve conversion rate.
4️⃣ Inventory Planning This gets ignored more than it should. Running out of stock can damage rankings, PPC performance, and sales momentum. Growth needs inventory strategy behind it.
5️⃣ Data Review & Decision Making Many accounts have the data, but it’s not being used properly. I’d focus on reading the numbers correctly and turning them into actions that improve performance.
Most Amazon accounts don’t need more random changes. They need the right fixes in the right areas.
Because profitable growth usually doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from fixing what’s quietly holding the account back. 🚀
