Cartello — full-stack e-commerce platform

The problem: most e-commerce demo projects stop at a product list and a fake checkout button, which doesn't say much about handling real payment flows, seller-side operations, or role-based access.

What I built: a product catalog with categories, live search and advanced filters, backed by a real checkout with Stripe — payments, webhooks and order history, not just a UI mockup. A seller dashboard with inventory management and sales analytics, customer accounts with orders, addresses and a wishlist, and an admin side covering products, orders, customers and analytics. Authentication is role-based for buyers and sellers, via GitHub and Google through NextAuth.

Stack: Next.js 16, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Stripe, NextAuth v5, Zustand, TanStack Query, Cloudinary, Resend, Tailwind CSS v4.
