Then you must try Unicorn Studio, it's a gold mine for Webgl Shaders. I recently started using it properly and awesome results.

The shift on mouse down is the detail that sells it, most liquid effects only react to hover and stop there. Did you build that in Framer's code layer or is it a custom shader plugin?
