Maison Media Hair Studio, Media, PA Solo stylist Simone Avery was losing hours every week to DM back-and-forth, wrong-length bookings, and no-shows. ChairReady turns "can I book with you?" into "you're booked" in minutes: clients check live availability, get matched to the right service, and confirm themselves, while confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and Simone's daily prep all run automatically.

THE CLIENT BRIEF Maison Media is a one-chair salon at 777 State Street in Media, PA, open Tuesday to Saturday. Simone does everything herself, and her week has real quirks: • Booking happens in DMs, mid-appointment, with her hands full • Clients book the wrong service, so a "quick color" turns into a 4-hour correction that wrecks the rest of the day • Saturdays fill first, and late cancellations leave gaps she can't refill • No-shows cost her a full time block with no warning • New color clients need a skin check 48 hours ahead, and they forget • Every new client arrives as a stranger, so the first 15 minutes go to questions she could have answered before
