some of us need to pause before the day starts.
i built HAY — How Are You? — a 5-minute daily check-in that asks you honest questions out loud and reflects your mood back to you. no static designs, just 116 prompts and a vision. built entirely in @figma Make using references, design language, and a lot of iteration.
it's not perfect — the voice is still too robotic and there's so much more to explore — but the concept is real. we all need to externalize how we're doing sometimes. pause, reflect, understand where you are today so you can move forward with intention.
