Built a Dental Clinic AI Voice Agent from scratch.
I wanted to build something beyond a simple AI chatbot so I coded a voice based agent that can actually interact with a clinic’s appointment system.
It can:
→ Handle incoming patient calls → Understand patient requests → Check appointment availability → Book appointments → Reschedule or cancel appointments → Retrieve appointment details → Collect patient information → Answer common clinic questions
The agent is connected to the backend through APIs and automated workflows, allowing it to perform real actions during a conversation.
