Slowly, steadily, quietly… I’m getting there. 🤍
From 75- 86 points to 119. From being in the top 25% to the top 10%.
Nothing happened overnight. There were plenty of moments when the results didn’t look the way I hoped they would. But I kept showing up, learning, improving, and moving forward.
And today, I’m just grateful.

I don’t read too much into rankings, but it’s nice to see consistent work and good client relationships reflected in something tangible.
Grateful to the people I’ve had the chance to work with, and looking forward to continuing to build useful products and improve along the way.
