Project Title: Vital Quest 360 – AI-Driven Clinical Health & Weight Management Ecosystem
Overview
Developed for a Chief Medical Officer at a specialized obesity clinic, Vital Quest 360 is a comprehensive health-tech ecosystem. It serves as a bridge between physicians and patients, allowing for real-time tracking of nutrition, vitals, and fitness goals within a clinical framework.
The Mission
The client needed a way to move beyond traditional paper-based tracking. The goal was to provide patients with an intuitive tool to log their daily habits while giving the medical team precise data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
Notable Features
AI-Powered Insights: Implemented "AI Calorie Scan" allowing users to log meals instantly via image and voice recognition—significantly reducing user friction.
Comprehensive Clinical Logging: Built a multi-tabbed tracking system for Nutrition, Exercise, Vitals (Heart rate, Weight), and Medication adherence.
Physician-Centric Dashboard: A clean, data-rich interface for the medical team to analyze patient trends through visual charts and progress metrics.
Hybrid Tech Architecture: Seamlessly integrated a high-converting Next.js landing page with a robust React/Django web application to handle complex health data.

Vital Quest 360 transformed the clinic's patient management workflow. By digitizing the tracking process and adding AI-assisted logging, the platform increased patient engagement and provided the medical team with actionable data to drive better health outcomes.

Optimized for modern e-commerce standards, this concept balances branding with performance—making it ideal for D2C health, wellness, or subscription-based products.
