Overview
I developed a streamlined ordering and lead-capture platform for Bronson’s Bartending, a professional service provider in the US. The system is designed to simplify the complex process of selecting beverage packages and customizing orders for private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
The Challenge
Event bartending involves a lot of back-and-forth regarding alcohol choices, guest counts, and package types. The client needed a way to automate this intake process without the overhead of a complex database or a heavy admin panel.
The Solution
I built a high-conversion, multi-step booking flow that guides users through event details and package selection.
Automated Workflow: Instead of a traditional database, I implemented a Node.js/Express backend that instantly generates a detailed PDF of the order and sends it directly to the client’s email.
Modern Prototyping: Leveraging a modern AI-augmented development workflow (Lovable/Vibe), I was able to rapidly iterate on the UI/UX while ensuring a robust backend for reliable mail handling.
