The client required an accurate steam load calculation and boiler selection for a manufacturing facility to ensure reliable steam generation while minimizing fuel consumption and future operating costs.

Process steam demand was calculated based on production requirements, operating schedules, diversity factor, and future expansion. Multiple boiler capacities and fuel options were evaluated before selecting the optimum solution.
Outcome
The recommended boiler capacity improved operating efficiency, reduced unnecessary oversizing, lowered expected fuel consumption, and provided sufficient reserve capacity for future production growth.

- Monthly trends for sales, quantity, pricing, and customer acquisition.
- Customer segment analysis using donut charts.
- Product and country performance rankings using stacked bar charts.
- Interactive filtering for business units and service plans.

The dashboard provides decision-makers with a single source of truth for tracking sales performance, customer behavior, and regional trends, enabling faster and more informed business decisions.

SPORT GLOVES SOFT GOODS TECKPACK ERGONOMICS CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
For this project, I spearheaded the ergonomic research and soft-goods layout of a high-performance sport glove. By mapping key hand-flex points, I integrated multi-material palm padding, breathable ventilation patterns, and stretch zones for unrestricted movement. I generated a highly detailed, factory-ready tech pack complete with stitching specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and graded sizing guides to ensure a seamless production transition from prototype to scale.
