I’d go with Variant 2. It feels more conversion-focused because the layout guides the eye through the value proposition, supporting visuals, and CTA without overwhelming the user. Variant 1 makes a strong first impression, but Variant 2 does a better job of selling the product.

Variant 1 winning tracks for telehealth specifically: when someone is booking care they scan for trust and one clear next step, so a single focal CTA usually beats a longer selling layout that adds decision load.
I’m leaning 1. The stronger product focus makes the watch feel more distinctive and instantly grabs attention.

It honestly depends on the visual layout out the section above and below this one but by the look of it section 1 has a nice hierarchy and ux wise it’s communicating everything in one fold💪🏻
