When I started working with this Design Firm in City of Industry, CA, their books were scattered across platforms—some in QuickBooks, some in Studio Designer, and some... in inboxes.

I agree with the point about feedback and alignment. New tools can speed things up, but better collaboration is still what makes the work feel clear and move forward smoothly. ( But here's the truth. I don't like Figma. I'm looking for a better alternative.)

– The flow makes logical sense
– It looks professional and clean
Great design:
– Users don't notice the design at all
– They just feel like the product "gets" them
– New users figure it out without a tutorial
– Power users move fast without thinking
The gap between good and great
isn't more features or more polish.
It's ruthless clarity about
what the user needs to do next
and making that one thing
impossible to miss.
That's the standard I hold every screen to.
