GroundedGuide — fictional demo: support-question gap map
An original sample showing how a recurring support question can be connected to a missing article, evidence to gather and an escalation trigger. The prioritisation method is illustrative; no real ticket counts or savings are claimed.
Fictional demonstration from the same Acorn sample pack, not a client engagement. No employer or customer material. Suggested measures are not measured results. Requires authorised source/process validation before live use.
A lead who doesn't buy today isn't necessarily a lost opportunity. 🏡
Imagine someone inquires about a property but tells you they're not ready to buy yet.
What do you do?
Do you move on to the next lead and forget about them?
Or do you keep the relationship alive?
Here’s an important lesson about lead nurturing:
Not every lead is ready to buy at the same time.
Some people need to save more money. Others are still comparing properties or waiting for the right opportunity.
As a real estate professional, you can:
→ Understand what the person needs.
→ Share relevant information when appropriate.
→ Follow up at a suitable time.
→ Keep accurate notes so you remember the conversation.
A CRM can help you organize these interactions and remind you when it's time to reconnect.
The goal isn't to pressure people into buying.
It's to be helpful and stay connected until they're ready to take the next step.
Question: How do you stay in touch with potential buyers who aren't ready to purchase yet?
Proud to officially add the AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associate certification to my toolkit!
Building robust machine learning pipelines and scaling AI workloads securely on the cloud has always been a key focus of mine. Earning this certification has been a great deep-dive into mastering AWS ML infrastructure, MLOps best practices, and production-grade architectures.
Ready to bring these advanced capabilities to upcoming data science and engineering projects! Let's build something impactful. 💡💪
Congratulations on earning the AWS Machine Learning Engineer certification, Hazem khaled! Robust pipelines and cloud automation make all the difference for production-grade AI systems.
Your closers shouldn’t find out a lead has no budget 20 minutes into the call.
A lot of coaches and course creators let anyone book a sales call. The fix is one question on the booking form, placed before the calendar:
“How much could you realistically set aside for this?”
Has a budget: goes straight to booking a call.
“Nothing right now”: goes to a “not yet” page with free content and gets tagged so they stay warm.
Nobody gets turned away, and your sales team spends its time on calls that can actually close.
I build this kind of setup in GoHighLevel for coaches, course creators and online education brands, along with webinar funnels, follow-up automations and Meta Ads. If you want it on your funnel, message me here on Contra.
Quick add-on for anyone implementing this: I set this up in GoHighLevel so "Has Budget" → auto books, "No Budget" → goes to a value page with a Loom + gets tagged as Nurture in CRM. That way no lead is lost. If you want the exact workflow screenshot, DM me "BUDGET" and I'll send it
