Introducing VisTA for Provença Viewings, a fictional small Barcelona rental agency. Its occupied flat can be shown only in occupant-approved windows, with a keyholder and minimum notice. The demo uses those rules to turn an inquiry into a simulated confirmed viewing and shows why the slot passes. Fictional property, generated media and simulated booking are labelled throughout.
