Automated Zoom Webinar Registrant Email & SMS Nurture (integrated with ActiveCampaign) My client was manually importing Zoom Webinar registrants into ActiveCampaign lists, and then importing AGAIN after the event to track attendees. And they run ton of webinars each month. They wanted to reliably send pre-event nurture sequences to drive attendance and make sure they were sending the right post-event comms to the right audiences (eg. different messaging to attendees than no-shows and depending on their job title). Using Zapier, I created a custom object in ActiveCampaign that logs the webinar registrant info, whether or not they actually attended and for how long they stayed on the webinar. This data automatically triggers the specific email/SMS nurture sequences without having to touch anything 🎉
