This idea is honestly brilliant. I’ve already got 10 more where that came from:

VS Code plays a 5-second ad every time you hit Save. Git runs a commercial before every git push. Zoom keeps your screen blurred until you finish a sponsor message. Terminal shows a full-screen banner before revealing test results. Docker starts pulling images only after a 15-second ad. CI pipelines pause at 90%… for an ad break. DevTools unlocks the Network tab after you watch a video. Password managers show an ad before every autofill. Package managers sneak in one sponsored dependency per install. Clipboard apps paste your text only after a quick promo.

But yeah… implementing any of this would probably get me chased by developers all across Karachi and bankrupt in the process.
