Project Title: Syndicate Cohort 1.0 – Design Awareness Campaign
Overview: This project is a bold, insight-driven visual campaign created to challenge how emerging designers perceive their skill level. Instead of reinforcing the idea that people are “bad” at design, the concept reframes the problem: most designers don’t lack talent, they lack understanding.
Creative Direction: The design uses strong typographic hierarchy and minimal color accents to communicate clarity and confidence. The headline, “You’re Not Bad at Design. You just don’t get it… yet.” serves as both a hook and a mindset shift, positioning the cohort as a learning experience rather than just a program.
Visual Language:
Repetition of monochrome portrait cutouts builds rhythm and identity, symbolizing growth and progression.
A structured grid background subtly reinforces the idea of order, systems, and design fundamentals.
Accent colors (teal, orange, yellow) are used sparingly to guide attention and add energy without overwhelming the layout.
