Last week I shipped a feature that sounded “tiny” on the ticket: inline comments + @mentions inside content. 🧠
Turns out it touched everything - permissions, notifications, deep links, UI states, edge cases… and the fun part: what happens when people edit the text after you’ve anchored a comment to it.
This is the kind of work I genuinely enjoy: taking a messy, interconnected flow and making it feel simple for the user 🚀
