A complete end-to-end client onboarding automation designed to streamline how businesses collect, validate, and manage client information.

The workflow starts with Webhook-based client intake, captures client details, and checks existing records to prevent duplicates. New and existing clients are automatically routed through the appropriate workflow.

An AI-powered onboarding analyzer evaluates the submitted information and assigns one of three statuses:

• Complete — all required information is available.
• Missing — required information or documents are missing, triggering an automated email request.
• Needs Review — unclear or conflicting information is routed for human verification.

The workflow also includes a Gmail Trigger for client replies. When requested information or documents are received, the system finds the existing client record, combines it with the new data, and sends everything back to AI for re-validation.

This creates a continuous onboarding loop that reduces manual work, prevents duplicate records, keeps client data organized, and ensures every case reaches the correct next step.
