We handle the heavy lifting of 3D production. We will provide all rendered floor plans, marketing collateral, and CGI walkthroughs. Your role is to take these raw assets and transform them into viral-ready, cinematic informative reels that highlight detail layouts, project walkthroughs, and luxury amenities. Key Responsibilities: • Post-Production: Edit raw CGI walkthroughs into fast-paced, engaging reels (15-60 seconds). • Motion Graphics: Overlay detailed layouts and floor plans using dynamic transitions. • Cinematic Effects: Apply high-end color grading, sound design, and text animations to highlight project USPs. • Consistency: Maintain a steady output of ~12-15 videos per week.
