THE ERASED HOUR is a 67-second vertical mystery pilot created entirely in Cantina.
I created Iris Kade, a 32-year-old urban archivist who discovers an antique iron key hidden beneath the floor of her Berlin apartment. The key leads her to a station erased from the city’s maps, a concealed steel door and a voice that remembers something Iris does not.
I wanted to build a complete story with a clear visual identity, controlled suspense and a final line that changes the meaning of everything that came before it. I worked on the consistency of Iris, the recurring key, the Berlin locations, the sound design and the transition between the ordinary city and the hidden red corridor.
The final line, “You said that last time,” opens the central mystery and leaves room for the story to continue as a series.🙌 #CantinaChallenge #TheErasedHour #IrisKade

Shadow Goes First (Ep.10 of my CapCut World LA series). An editor is stuck at her desk at 2 a.m. watching the export bar crawl, her CapCut World LA badge hanging on the lamp. She gives up and puts her head down. Her shadow doesn't: it takes the badge off the wall, peels itself off the plaster like a paper cut-out and travels through the LA night to the main stage. The spotlight snaps on, the shadow stands up and fills with color. Back home the export hits 100%, she looks at the empty wall: "Save me a seat." Hand-painted noir animation, made in CapCut Video Studio and the CapCut editor.
