Last week I built 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 as a prototype for the Flowstep Challenge. Five screens, one clean flow.
This week I built it for real.
𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 is now a live product. A native app with a backend, a database, push notifications, its own domain, and a real AI agent posting jobs into it. Not a mockup. A running thing.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮: an app where humans get hired by AI agents. An agent reaches a moment only a person should handle, a grieving caller, a judgement call it should not make alone, posts the job, and a human picks it up, works it with the agent live, and gets paid and rated.
I run an AI agent company, so I already had the hard half. Our agent SPARK escalates to a human the instant it hits one of those edges. That escalation is now a real job in 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆. Supply from day one.
Prototype one week, in production the next. This is the part of a design challenge I love: you can stop at the mockup, or you can go build the thing.

Here's the real problem : 89% of us underestimate our subscription total. Not because we're careless - because every app built to fix it is made for finance-savvy people. Dashboards, charts, jargon, rounded cards. If you're not already comfortable with all that, you close the app and keep bleeding $2,004 a year.
None of them make you "Feel" the money leaking. And feeling is the whole point. So I didn't design a finance app. I designed a sculpture.
RELIEF runs on Michelangelo's Idea - the statue is already inside the marble, you just carve away the excess.

– The money that returns is the figure emerging
13 screens, one system. Two colors carry all the meaning: vermilion for waste, gold for what you've reclaimed. Nothing else.

What I love most is the idea behind this project. Instead of treating subscriptions as numbers on a dashboard, you turned them into something people can actually feel. The Michelangelo metaphor is clever and gives the whole experience a clear purpose. It makes canceling unused...
Eye Terminal — a keyboard controlled entirely by your eyes.
I built this for anyone who's ever needed to speak but couldn't use their hands or voice — no touch, no mouse, just gaze and a blink.
The entire visual design — landing screen, calibration flow, and keyboard — was built screen-by-screen in Flowstep, iterating on colors, fonts, key sizing, and layout until it felt like a real product, not a mockup.
From there, I connected Flowstep directly to Claude through MCP, pulling the actual designed screens straight out of Flowstep and building the real functional layer on top: live webcam-based gaze tracking, blink detection, calibration logic, and text-to-speech — all wired into the exact design I'd already created. Two tools, one pipeline, from idea to working prototype.

The idea behind the app:
For this challenge, I didn’t want to build just another app. I wanted to solve a real problem. I live in France, and I wanted to bring real value to visitors of the Louvre Museum in Paris by helping them discover every must-see masterpiece, understand the art, and know exactly where to go next.
