Since I posted my last post for lawyers...
I have gotten a few questions on how a law firm actually connects to the system... So I recorded it! And I name it CaseFind now!!
CaseFind is a search assistant for case files. Lawyers ask a question in plain English, and it answers from their own documents, with a LINK to the original file so they can verify it themselves
In this video, I set it up for a demo firm
1️⃣ The firm puts their case files in one Google Drive folder
2️⃣ They share that folder, view-only, with a dedicated CaseFind service account
3️⃣ They start asking questions
That’s it!
Their files stay in their own Drive
CaseFind only sees the one folder they share, and they can remove access any time.
And when the answer isn’t in the files, it says so
It doesn’t guess!!
If you’re a lawyer, or you know a firm drowning in folders and papers on shelves, they need CaseFind

The read-only folder setup is easy to follow. What happens to the indexed content if the firm removes a file or revokes access—does it stop being searchable immediately, or on the next sync?

I'd make the citations point to a page or section and the supporting passage, as well as the original file. How does CaseFind handle an answer that combines facts from several documents so the lawyer can verify each claim?
