The National Design Students Meeting is an annual event that brings together students from all over Portugal. In its 10th edition, held in Coimbra, I took on the coordination of the Image department and, me and my teaam, were responsible for the entire identity and communication of the event. The starting point was to create something that represented the city without resorting to the obvious image of the university tower, avoiding what is common and traditional. The inspiration was the Pedro and Inês bridge, which resulted in a set of colorful and strong shapes that blend together through color overlays. This dynamic image was applied in the development of merchandising, website, social media, video, and various advertising materials.
