Generative AI Video Production: "Beyond Control" — Cinematic Internal Audit Film
Project Overview
Directed and produced a full cinematic film for internal audit expert Abdulaziz Alwadai — tracing 80 years of Internal Audit evolution from 1941 to today. Delivered solo in 15 days using only generative AI tools. No actors, no sets, no crew.
Started as a 110-second concept. Grew to 3 minutes 45 seconds through live client collaboration — same timeline, no quality compromise.
The Challenge
Corporate films of this scale typically need large teams, multi-month timelines, and six-figure budgets. My goal was to deliver the same cinematic quality, narrative depth, and emotional impact — faster and more affordably using AI.
