Finally, some one bring more colors to UI!
As a UX/UI & web designer who started a career as a freelancer from the very start, I caught myself afraid of giving feedback to other designers.
Struggling with that — after all, I'm not their Art Director or Design Lead, and I'm not even working in corporate so I guess it won't be fair.
Needless to say, they're often very talented, and work hard on their design, and have more years of experience than I do, yet I've something to say :))) Years of lead generation mentoring are taking their toll.
They didn't ask yet but I like to practice, even though every comment ends up in Notes app.
Sometimes I also ask ChatGPT how senior I am leaving this kind of feedback (am I too rude? is it constructive?) and then I calm down. I'm a trainee. Just joking.
Anybody else had a problem with that?
