AutoMod is an extensive CRM that I have been building as part of a three-person team for auto service businesses. I have contributed across the entire stack of this product, mostly with contributions in attendance workflows, jobs/staff management, billing, role-based access, inventory, warehousing, notifications, and miscellaneous platform improvements.

The most complex piece of this development was rewriting the attendance system that now incorporates the approval process and includes the audit trail of the approved/rejected changes, with rules adjusted to the top three tiers. I was also responsible for developing the inventory and warehouse part of the product that includes SKU management, purchase order, discounts and costing that takes into account the different levels of access of each role.

Besides all the basic modules of this product, I implemented notifications and PWA functionality, read receipts for the internal messaging system, and improved the tax calculation, email flows, onboarding process, and various other pieces of this app. This has been an interesting project for me since it helped me develop skills for building products across the entire stack. this is the link: https://automodcrm.com/
