Hi everyone,
I built EConnect, a B2B marketplace for procurement and tender management on Bubble. The challenge? Organizations were stuck with slow, paper-based tendering, messy supplier management, and zero visibility into submissions. Sound familiar?
I designed a platform where organizations post tenders, suppliers submit digitally, and admins track everything in real-time. Compliance checks and role-based access are baked in, so nothing slips through the cracks.
The result: tender turnaround time dropped by 40%, submission errors fell by 30%, and supplier engagement went up significantly. Buyers and suppliers now connect efficiently in one marketplace hence no more lost PDFs, missed emails, or guessing games.
Building this reminded me that good workflow design is half the product, the other half is clarity.
