The theme was the easy part.

Valdo Café, a coffee brand, had its new Shopify store built on a staging store. Then it had to move to the real one. I did the transfer, and the store was promoted the next day (9 to 10 July 2026).

Pushing a theme to another store is one command. What doesn't travel with it: the products and collections, the pages and menus, the metafields, the images the theme points to in Files, the apps. Miss one and the home page looks perfect while the store breaks three clicks in.

So a move is a list, not a push: carry the content over, then walk the store page by page before anyone flips the switch.
