This project was a mobile app built to work with a physical IoT training device for bleeding control and first-aid education.
The app connects to training models via Bluetooth and turns real-time sensor data — such as pressure and simulated blood flow — into clear, visual feedback. Instructors can control training scenarios, switch training areas, and adjust flow levels, while trainees receive immediate feedback on whether their actions meet the training criteria.
A big focus of the work was making complex hardware interactions feel simple on a mobile screen, so users could focus on learning the technique rather than dealing with the system itself. The app supports multiple device models and is used in real training environments on both iOS and Android.
