IQrate — Flutter Fintech App for iOS & Android
IQrate is a fintech mobile app that helps home buyers in Singapore
compare home loan packages and interest rates from multiple banks,
then apply directly with the bank of their choice.
I worked on this project as a Flutter developer, building a single
cross-platform codebase that ships to both iOS and Android.
What I delivered:
Cross-platform Flutter app for iOS and Android
Bank rate comparison and loan filtering by budget and tenure
REST API integration with the backend loan engine
Secure authentication and encrypted data handling
Push notification setup
App Store and Google Play submission, including Data Safety compliance and content rating
The app is live on both stores and rated 5.0 on Google Play.
With budget and tenure both changing the results, how did you handle overlapping API requests so a slower response could not replace the latest comparison?
Great question. I handled this by cancelling/ignoring stale requests and ensuring only the latest request could update the UI/state. I also used proper request lifecycle management to prevent race conditions when parameters changed quickly. This kept the comparison results consistent even with slower API responses.

the brief: build a high-touch, luxury experience from scratch, for a user base that expects white-glove service (not another lifestyle app).
instead of generic browsing, the interface leans into exclusivity itself. merging lifestyle psychology insights with premium interfaces, the goal was to create something that hasn’t been designed yet.
The vivid blue and compact task hierarchy give Chronos a confident fintech feel, while the paired device views make the key flows easy to compare. The balance between utility and polish is really strong.
In this design, we simplified the way users compare stock performance by combining price targets, market caps, and live analytics into a single clean interface. With color-coded graphs and intuitive navigation, financial data feels easier to explore and act on.

The decision to compress price targets, market caps, and live analytics into one comparison view is a strong information-design move. The restrained dark palette and color-coded charts keep a dense financial workflow readable without losing its sense of precision.
