Traffic Challan Analytics & Compliance Reporting Dashboard Overview
Worked as a Business Analyst on the design and implementation of a compliance reporting dashboard that provided state-wise visibility into challan activity, pending liabilities, disposed cases, and financial exposure.
The objective was to help operations and management teams monitor compliance performance, identify high-risk regions, and make data-driven decisions.
