LUMEN — Boutique Screening Lounge Brand & Spatial Identity System
LUMEN is a screening lounge for people who miss watching things together — part indie cinema, part social gathering space, built for curated film nights, live screenings, and community events.
The visual direction is built from "The Beam" — the literal cone of projector light — treated as the brand's entire visual language, present in the space itself, not just printed on a poster.
The logo's aperture glyph is replaced by a precise iris-blade shape derived from real camera/projector mechanics, carrying The Beam gradient (Projector Gold→Beam Violet) directional through every touchpoint.
Color is Near-Black, Screen White, Projector Gold, Beam Violet, and Ember Red — modern and cinematic, never nostalgic, no vintage red-velvet or old-marquee clichés anywhere.
Imagery is deep controlled darkness with The Beam as the singular dramatic light source cutting through it — real volumetric light, dust catching the beam, warm-to-violet color shift along its length.
Real guests genuinely absorbed — laughing, leaning in, finding seats — never posed stock-photo energy.
This is what shared cinema looks like when it's built modern.
