Don't Choose a CMS Just Because It's Popular.
WordPress, Framer, Webflow, Shopify…
They can all be great.
But the "best" CMS depends on the business behind the website.
Before I recommend a platform, I look at:
→ What type of content do you manage? → Who will update the website? → How often will content change? → How much flexibility will you need? → Will the website need to scale?
A portfolio website doesn't have the same needs as an e-commerce store.
A service business doesn't have the same content structure as a media company.
That's why I don't start with:
"Which platform should we use?"
I start with:
"What does the business actually need?"
Then I choose the CMS that makes the website easier to manage, easier to scale, and better for the people using it.
The right CMS isn't the one with the most features. It's the one that fits the business.
