I built a post-purchase email flow to help a new brand collect authentic product reviews through Trustpilot. The flow is triggered on order fulfillment to avoid inaccuracies from placed-order triggers and ensure only delivered products receive review requests. A 5-day delay allows customers time to use the product before sharing honest feedback. To increase engagement, a follow-up email is sent 5 days later if the initial email was not clicked, ensuring a second touchpoint without over-emailing engaged customers.
