Luxury Real estate Property (Brochure, Catalog, Magazine)
I focused on incorporating the stunning views of Bahamas
properties into the brochure to create an immediate visual impact. The imagery chosen aimed to evoke a sense of exclusivity and serenity, aligning with the premium nature of the properties. I carefully aligned the color palette, typography, and overall visual elements with the established brand guidelines.

The idea was to build a visual system around agriculture without relying only on literal imagery.
