The Problem on My Website: How Microsoft Clarity Fixed It
One night, I checked my client's online store. People visited, but no one bought. I was confused. Google Analytics did not help much.
I tried Microsoft Clarity. It is free and easy. It shows heatmaps—colors on your site that tell where people click and scroll.
Here is what I saw:
- Red spots: People clicked hard on pictures that do not work. I added buttons. Clicks went up 25%.
-Scroll stops: Most people left early. I moved products higher. More people stayed up 40%.
- No-click areas: No one went there. I fixed the menu. Now they look around more.
- I watched one user. They looked for free shipping and left fast. I added it to the bottom. Sales went up 18% next day.
