A healthcare career website had major technical SEO and indexing issues that were limiting Google visibility. I audited the site using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Rank Math, and WordPress, then fixed indexability, metadata, internal linking, crawlability, schema, sitemap, and AI crawler access issues. Indexed pages improved from 57 to 163, while not-indexed pages dropped from 212 to 87. The site also reached 96% crawlability, 100% HTTPS, 100% Core Web Vitals, 99% markup health, and a 96 technical health score.
