Small outbound habit that saves me time: before writing any copy, I write one sentence on why each company is on the list. If I can't write it, the row goes. Lists get shorter, replies go up. Anyone else do a version of this?
Genuine question for the leadgen people here. When you buy or build a list, what do you spot check first? I open five random rows and look for where each fact came from. If a row says a company runs Klaviyo, I want the page it was seen on. No source and I assume it was guessed. Curious what other people look at first.
Thing I learned the hard way building lead lists: a company that used a tool two years ago isn't a company that uses it now. Check the date on the evidence before you count a row. Old signals look exactly like new ones in a spreadsheet.
Congrats on getting it approved. Drafting instead of auto-sending is the right default. One edge case worth a guard: calls where the transcript comes back empty or cut short, otherwise the model writes a confident follow-up from almost nothing.
