Property owners search by BIN, address or violation number and see every open DOB and ECB violation on a building, then add them to a cart and pay. The build includes a multi-channel payment flow that delivers Square checkout links over SMS and WhatsApp via Twilio, a partner-spotlight product page, and a marketing site covering all five boroughs. Framer Motion drives the interface animation throughout.
