I spent 20 years running technology in regulated companies. Sat through a lot of AI demos. They all looked great until someone from compliance asked what happens when it gets something wrong, and nobody ever had a good answer.
So when I built my own agent platform, I made the log the whole point. You can see every step , what the agent read, what it decided, what it was allowed to touch. If it reaches for a tool nobody gave it, the run stops there and says so.
The screenshot is a real run. Step 4 fails. I left it in because that's the part people actually need to see.
There are 23 agents in it you can clone and call from your own code in about a minute. Contract review, invoice extraction, resume screening, that sort of thing. There's also one running on my own site that answers from my documentation and tells you which page it pulled the answer from. Ask it something hard , if it doesn't know, it'll say so.
A lot of people think building a successful software business means creating the next Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram.
It doesn't.
Sometimes, the bigger opportunity is hidden inside a small problem that a specific group of people experiences every single day.
Think about it.
A simple SaaS product solving a painful business problem could have:
100 customers paying $20/month = $2,000/month
500 customers paying $20/month = $10,000/month
1,000 customers paying $20/month = $20,000/month
You don't need millions of users to build something meaningful.
The real question is:
What problem are people already willing to pay to solve?
It could be:
Business reporting
Document processing
Inventory management
Workflow automation
Sales tracking
Payment management
Data analysis
Customer management
The best software idea isn't always the most exciting one.
Sometimes it's the boring problem that keeps costing businesses time and money.
Find the pain.
Build the solution.
Get your first users.
Listen to them.
Improve the product.
Then scale.
Don't chase millions of users before you've solved a problem for 10.
That first 10 can teach you more than 10,000 random users ever will.

Most AI landing pages illustrate the technology - neural meshes, abstract nodes, particles. Which tells you nothing, because every product in the category can claim the same picture.
So the hero shows the output instead. Six integrations feed into the engine, and what comes back out are the four things the product actually did: meeting booked, follow-up sent, lead qualified, inbox triaged. Each with a timestamp. The claim isn't "we use AI" - it's "here's what happened in the last hour."
Timestamps are doing more work than they look like they are. "15m ago" implies the thing is running right now, unattended. That's the entire promise of the category, and it costs four words to make.
The rest stays deliberately calm - one warm off-white background, teal for actions, indigo for the automation layer. When the illustration is this busy, everything else has to get out of its way.
